Kiritaki Hut / Keretaki Hut / Seamac Motel
Ruahine Forest Park
Kiritaki hut (6 beds, wood-burning stove, firewood available in locality, roof-fed water tank). One of many excellent huts in the Ruahines, and the only hut to survive DOC's cull of the Southern Ruahine huts. The hut is maintained by a group of locals, and congratulations must go to them for a welcoming, well-maintained, comfortable place to spend the night (it even has cushions!).
