Four of us,Verity,Aaron,Sam & I circuited Mt Somers October 12/13th;two others came into Pinnacles hut for a day trip & two more came into Woolshed Creek Hut on the Saturday night.Bit of plodding in wet,deepish snow above 900m but the weekend was fine;we extended our trip by staying at the Acland Shelter,on the South Face, & had a fitfull night with wind at 140kph.Wet out to the vehicle.Good for the fitness,26km & 1600m HG.
