I tried to find a flattering angle, but from which ever way you look at it, this hut is ugly.

Byron I wonder how much DOC paid for some dorky architect to design this? They've probably never stepped foot in the bush. I bet that roof design will start to leak within a couple of years. Commonsense seems to have gone out the window at DOC.

BOP Tramper This is the biggest Eyesore ive ever seen in the backcountry! Who designed this hut?
Does not blend in with the landscape at all!
