This is with the air intake almost closed (see bottom left of picture; pebble is holding make-shift air door shut). By my gut feeling, still plenty of heat to get a tent cosy at least close to zero degrees, unless maybe in a storm. Note that even with the almost closed air intake: Zero smoke. There is a full load of wood burning in this picture.
