A hidden Wellington jewel. About an hours walk south of Eastbourne past Burdans gate. Well worth the effort. Be warned....it's not much fun coming back north around the bays with a strong northerly! A well formed track surrounds the lake and follows a large marshland to the north which isn't immediately apparent. 3 MAY 09
