River beside Ngaawapurua Hut
If you're coming down from Manson or Otutu Hut you will need to cross this before you arrive at the hut.

bernieq It would seem that access from the south (from Otutu Hut) is across private land and permission was withdrawn in 2002 – check out DOC webpages.
This probably explains why the swingbridge was remoned !
