Built in 2009, this hut on the shore of Lake Monowai replaces the old A-frame hut which stood here originaly.

Has 6 bunks. The other non-A-frame hut still stands providing an aditional 2 bunks, but is in poor condition. Water comes from a rainwater tank fed by the roof. Has a wood stove for heating.
