This is one of my new favourite places. 10 mins south of Ward (which is south of Blenheim) and then turn inland for 1/2 an hour. This is an easy 2.5 hr wander up stream to Isolation Hut which has 6 bunks but there is plenty of room for camping down by the river. On a hot Marlborough day you have plenty of pools to play in so dont forget your togs! The scenery is stunning.
