Crossing the Makarora river on foot to the Young valley. Ascending to Young Hut in the first day. @nd Day - Climbing over Gillespie Pass and camping at the junction of Gillespie Stream and Siberia river to ascend to Lake Crucible the 3rd day. Walking out to Kerin Forks Hut on the 4th day where companions Jetboated out on the fifth day and i continued alone to Top Forks Hut for a night. Returned to Kerin Forks on the 6th day to get a jet boat to Makarora.
