Taken from the extreme western end just before entering the bush and looking East down the beach. Fording Smoky creek in the foreground saves a 20 minute detour to cross at the bridge. Poke around in the rusty water with a stick or walking poles for a large rock to stand on (there is one there, I found it), otherwise the creek is at least waist deep!
