pmcke You will be glad to know that it looks like this hut has been done up since this photo was taken. The Otago tramping & Mountaineering Club had a trip to Pigeon Island recently and their photos on http://otmc.co.nz/archives/images/2008PigeonIsland/index.html sho the hut to be in better shape than this
