Earnslaw Burn Rock Bivvy

This is an alternative bivvy to the one shown on topo maps. This bivvy is about 20 minutes upstream from the mapped one but on the true left side, underneath an overhanging cliff. Exposed to the northwest but has a fine outlook over the valley towards Turret Head and no need to cross the Earnslaw Burn is a plus. A couple of sleeping levels with room to pitch a tent on each.

Water from stream about 30m away. Nearby waterfall can be showered beneath.
