Tunnel Creek Hut in the Paringa

Tunnel Creek has been sheltering all comers in the head of the Paringa for almost fifty years. Built by the Forest Service in 1965, its a basic standard six person hut at the head of a beautifully remote yet accessible valley. Geoff Spearpoint has recently become the guardian by signing a maintenance agreement with DOC. The work he's doing will help ensure the hut's survival.
