Part of a large tree-felled clearing on the Boyd-Upukerora link track. The mapped track supposedly skirts around it but the "marked" track terminated at its northeast corner. After crossing the clearing and fruitlessly hunting for markers on the south side of the clearing I eventually blundered onto the marked track some 500m away from where it is mapped further down the hill south of the clearing.
