The ridgeline 500m west of Te Ranganuiatoi at the saddle of the Okapua and Raukokore. We sidled south round the western face of the peak - steep, tangled, tough going. Maybe following the ridge to the summit, or dropping into the headwaters of the creek to the south would have been better ... who knows?
