Te Araroa hiking partner Okt. 2017 - Feb. 2018

Hello everyone, I would like to walk through Te Araroa, through both islands of New Zealand from around Oktober 2017 to February 2018 starting in Cape Reigna, ending in Bluff. Maybe for some parts of the trail it is possible to go by bike or canoe. I would rather not walk on my own, so I´m searching for a hiking partner or hiking partners. I love nature and to be outside, sleeping in the tent (or in huts), sitting around the campfire singing songs and to have a lot of fun. My name is Luzia, I´m 25 years old and I´m from Germany. Before I want to start my master´s degree, I wanted to take a timeout to visit New Zealand in the first place. I´ve never done a trip as long as this before, but I´m highly motivated, I have a lot of endurance and I´m sporty. I´m joinig a Scouts Association in Germany since I was 10 and therefore I´m somehow experienced in nature. If you have similar plans, and would also like to walk Te Araroa with a hiking partner, let me know. I would be really happy to not have to walk on my own.
