Uploading: they're probably too large. I'd recommend resizing before uploading. It's a constant frustration.
Page forward: Yes that's a good idea.
If you want to "delete" a photo you need to click the "edit" link under the photo. Mmm, that may not be entirely clear.

well I did downsze my foto. that did not help ...
thx, I found how to delete under edit. not easy to find...
Matthew,I`ve re-sized pics & they still won`t load.The text appears & I get an `error` message.One message said my memory in Java was used up.How do I rectify this?
