I suggest that people who spam every forum with an email demanding that you go to their site should have all the offending posts removed and be banned from the site.
Indeed. Sorry I didn't get to this sooner -- it happened right at the time of a switch from SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008, and I didn't have database access.
I have removed these posts and mailed the person involved. Repeated activity like this will result in a cancelled account.
