Hi, I'm Matt from London. I've been working in Wellington since I came here in October. I've saved up some cash to do some travelling around the country. I have bought a tent a sleeping bag and a backpack. My end goal in life is to live self sufficiently (off the grid) so I thought I'd get some practice by camping/tramping. I have never done tramping before so I'm a complete beginner. I want to meet like minded people who can teach me all the basics and help me to be able to survive in the wild. I'm pretty fit and not at all lazy. I want a change in life instead of working all week every week just to pay bills. I'm a kind friendly guy and want to have some fun learning how to survive in nature. :)
