11 May 2013 | Solid, tidy 6-bunker in a nice spot. Views down to the coast & a good route to the high rock & tussock country from the hut. Huge kitchen / dining area and small pokey bunkroom is an interesting combination. Just needs a fire to be perfect - it's not as if there's no firewood around. Hut gets little use compared to others on the mountain, so chance of the place to yourself. | |
