Attacked by wasps near the road, not so fun. Otherwise, nice walk. The section through the bluffs just short of the tussock tops is loose and crumbly. | |

DOC did finish cutting the track to the tussock. It took me 2hrs 45mins to the summit including several photo stops. I almost stood on a chamois lying in a depression in the tussock on the way up. |
