Nice huts for the money and lots of animals | |

We walked the Caples first. The track is now upgraded form Upper Caples Hut to the McKellar Saddle (2.5 hours). Great views of Mt Christina from here on a clear day. Mckellar Hut is new with two large bunkrooms, covered verandahs and flush toilets! Then whole walk took us four days. | |
