Hike Formthotic innersoles
Has anyone tried these and are they any sturdier than the Run Single or Run Dual Blue/Green innersoles?
I use those in my trail runners and they have great arch support which stops my feet slipping forward on steep descents, but they crumple at the toes after river crossings in my tramping boots.
Or can anyone recommend another brand of innersoles with good arch support that stay rigid when wet?
