Te Araroa Tramping Partners

Hi Matt. Most people on here are experienced trampers. Like you, I came on here last year looking for advice etc on the TA, and to be honest, the stalwarts here get a little tired of getting the same TA questions over and over. Also, finding a TA partner on here, whilst not impossible, isn't likely. I suggest jumping on Facebook and going to the TA page. There's LOADS of other people discussing all things TA, and lots of people looking for tramping partners. I don't how people get lonely on the trail though; there's SO many cool people you meet along the way! If people are getting lonely on the longer stretches of the trail, I would quietly suggest that they shouldn't be on those stretches.... Anyway, that's my 2 cents worth. Enjoy your adventure!
