New from Wanganui!

Hi Everyone,
I am new to this site today, I am a 22yo from Wanganui. I have always wanted to try tramping and have never got off my butt and done anything. This years its time to change that! My goal for this year is to do as many short walks as possible and hopefully do the Tongariro Crossing later in the year then next year work my way up to longer overnight tramps.
This easter weekend I completed the Spa road to Huka Falls & Taranaki Falls walks. If you have any other suggestions of short walks/tramps around the wanganui area or within a couple of hours I'd love to hear them!
