(Scientific) resources

Hey guys! I am currently writing my bachelor thesis on tramping foods. Does anyone know any publications (books or studies) around the topic of vegetarian whole food tramping foods? They dont have to be scientific. Recipe books are welcome as well! Thanks!
Not sure is these are what you are after, but two books come to mind. "Gourmet tramping" by John Sawyer and "Fast and Light" by Paul Garland.
Vegetarian tramping sound easy compared to paleo tramping. The struggle is real :(
I tramp with quite a few vegetarians and a few vegans. In the most part normal meals from those food types are fine with the provisos fast cooking extra carbs and protein. Often this might just be generous double helpings Lentils nuts grains are still the main staples. I produced a very nice cashew nut and kumara red curry at Cow Creek hut. essentially cashew nuts kumara red curry paste and coconut cream powder. Also done a few meals based on pumpkin.
