From Matukituki to Rees Valley

I’m a 23 year old Belgian girl and I would like to continue my adventure after having done the Dusky track ! I’m looking for experienced trampers to do the Cascade Saddle Route that links the Matukituki track to the Rees-Dart Track (which is not marked and pretty hard/dangerous to tramp). We would first start the track at the Raspberry Creek Car Park and walk to the Aspiring Hut (2-3 hours). We would already sleep there because the next day we start the Cascade Saddle Route which is 8 to 10 hours tramp to the Dart Hut. The next day, from the Dart Hut we tramp to the Shelter Rock Hut (4-6 hours). And the last day we go from Shelter Rock Hut to Muddy Creek Car Park (6-8 hours). Than we hike bike to the car. Someone I met during the Dusky track did it that way and said it was one of the most amazing tracks he had done so far in NZ! This whole trip would be a 4 to 5 days trip. I would like to start the trip at around next Monday (30th of march). Below there are some links to give you a better idea of the track. I’m a social girl, I enjoy life and I think I’m easy-going !
