Water Supply field on huts page

Hi Matthew, I note since changes a while back a lot of the water supply info for huts is wrong. Many say "no water" when it is clear in the text that there is a water supply of some sort.
I've edited a couple to correct things but the choice of fields is not ideal. It would be helpful to change the stream field to "water body near hut" or add tarn/lake to cater for the many cases where the water supply is not from streams but from tarns or lakes.

The default is "no water". I might be able to switch this to "Unknown" which would be less misleading.
Do you think it's worth having options for lake, stream, etc? I think not as there is a text field for more detail. Perhaps it could be "Nearby natural water source"? Do people think of a stream as a "water body"?

Nearby natural water source covers things well and would be a good field to have. BTW yes I do think a stream is a water body, a moving one.
A default of "Unknown" would be better than "No Water" as it would indeed be less misleading.
