Favourite Easy Meal recipes
Spam, Spud n' Vege (for 2 people)
2 cups Dehydrated potato flakes (in Zip lock bag)
200gm can of Spam (or corned beef if you prefer)
2T Continental three cheese sauce mixture (in bag with potato flakes)
100 gms dehydrated/freeze dried vegetables
1T dried onion flakes (in small zip lock bag with vegetables)
1 low sodium stock cube
Method:
1 Place 1 c of water into vegetable bag, sit for 10-20 minutes to rehydrate.
3 Open Spam, dice into 1 by 1 cm cubes. Fry if required, it tastes better when cooked.
2 Boil 3 cups of water, crumble stock cube into this then add 2 cups liquid to potato flakes, mix well, set aside for 2-3 minutes. add more liquid as required.
4 Drain vegetables and mix into potato, add spam and enjoy
Thai Green Curry Rice Risotto and Tuna
Buy above risotto flavour plus a tin of Thai Green Curry Tuna.
Boil 650 ml water and add to rice from packet; you don't have to bother frying the rice. Sprinkle in flavour sachet and cook 15 minutes with occ. stir.
Add tin of tuna and stir in. Voila (wallah)!
