Dusky Track

You will be most likely begin Dusky with a handful of van/boat mates (with Vic transporting across Hauroko only twice weekly, people get concentrated if starting that end). So even if you have to go it alone there will likely be familiar faces on the track and in the huts (you could ask your tour operators for booking numbers), unless you burst ahead, or tarry, or if you do the side trip to Dusky Sound and your 'boatmates' don't.
