Multiday hikes off the beaten track
Hi Everyone,
I'll be in NZ from early Dec to mid-Jan and I'm looking for recommendations for beautiful, mulitday hikes (up to 7 days) that aren't one of the Great Walks or other walks that come with high accommodation costs. I'm a very experienced bushwalker and can handle route finding, so remote or non-remote suggestions will be appreciated. I'm flying into Christchurch but am prepared to head up to the north island if the track sounds good enough :)

Hi,
I am interested in any tramp too!
I am in south Island and have one month to tramp all around! Any nice tracks recommended would be appreciated!
And tramping partners as well to join in the fun would be greatly appreciated as well!
