Over Trousers
Looking at buying a some waterproof pants / over-trousers to wear while its wet or in snow.
I currently own a cheap and very lightweight warehouse pair but they let water through once soaked.
So any recommendations for a lightweight, inexpensive and waterproof over trousers... My legs do not sweet much so do not need to be overly breathable.

Well you do see some strange sights on the trail sometimes!
There's a great product for chafing called Bodyglide which is for using around your neck and arms under a wetsuit and cyclists use it around their nether regions. Good for preventing armpit/bra chafing. I always use it to stop blisters on toes where they rub together. Not messy and horrible like vaseline.
