Tramping Boots for a narrow foot.

I'm in need of a new pair of tramping boots but I'm struggling to find a pair that will fit my narrow feet. All of the boots I've tried to date are made for your typical wide kiwi foot. Any suggestions? Thanks
La Sportiva make boots that are real narrow, but they're hard to find. I think bivouac can get them.
I've got narrow, difficult-to-fit feet, and I can't say enough great things about the Asolo TPS 520 GV boots. Yes, they're heavy. Yes, the soles aren't particularly great for wet & slippery rock. But they fit beautifully right out of the box, fully break in with about 10+/- hours of hiking, and seem to last forever. Awesome boots for narrow feet.
Ended up getting a pair of La Sportiva boots and even they are a bit wide for my "A" width foot, which is especially difficult to get a good for considering it is a size 12 length. The sole suits better for wet conditions I tend to experience and the weight isn't too bad for my 50 year old legs. Thanks for the input.
