Editing tracks and huts

Hi everybody,
you can now add or edit tracks and huts. The implementation is rough in patches. I am still working on it. I have replaced the WYSIWYG editor for tracks with the most up-to-date available (CKEditor 4.0.1). I have added field hints that appear as you work (although these seem not to be showing -- I probably missed a file). I have also added "Club" to the hut owner options along with a bookings field.
Edit buttons are right down the bottom left corner of a listing.
I have also worked on the revision history, and that is all working, including viewing old revisions.
Thanks to your feedback, I have a very long list of things to tidy up and tweak. I will be working on this alongside reinstating features.
Further changes / fixes:
* relabel hut "bookings" as "bookings and fees"
* error where no location specified
* relabel forum search as "search forums"
* html in description fields now appears on screen. This is by design, but has all been cleaned up.
* gpx files: not finished but at least you can access them
