Whats the best Day tramp just outside of Auckland
We have a group of us going for a day tramp say 6 hours round trip this weekend and none of us are from auckland originally so dont know any good tramps around. Could anyone tell us the nicest, most beutiful / scenic tramp there is around just outside auckland. Wanting one perferably in the bush ie not coastal but are not too fussy. we are all reasonably fit and have done tramping before so needs to be a little challenging but not to...(ie no cliff face climbing lol)
