Tramping Leaders Wanted

Are you a mature and experienced tramper who has a real passion for people and the great outdoors? Would you like to do this for a living?
I am seeking suitably qualified people who are interested in leading small tour groups into the mountains on extended tramps.
This is a new venture and I am looking for reliable and experienced people with a flexible and professional attitude.
The area of operations will be the South Island.
If you believe you have what it takes I would love to hear from you.
Tell me more norm,
I am a born and bred Nelsonian and have been tramping since my teens (42 now) and have been tempted to start up a similar venture in my area doing day hikes.I am an orchard supervisor at the moment working a lot with overseas staff and have a current first aid certificate.I also have a real passion for tramping in N.Z. and overseas, just returned from Peru, and could be what you are looking for.Give me some more imfo. and tell me more about your venture.
