FYI - Outdoors Intention Form provided by AdventureSmart (managed by the New Zealand Search and Rescue Council (NZSAR)).
They DO NOT store the information you provide. The completed form can be sent to your essential contacts.
Your essential contact will either note your "due back" date has been missed, or NZSAR may contact them if listed as a reference in your beacon registration should you activate your Personal Locator Beacon.
