Bit of a challenge since we can't go bush. Where is this photo (winner gets to go next).

Hmm. Was glad I stopped off to boil the billy on the way to that saddle. It was a hard tough descent.
The shadow hides the _steep_ dropoffs into the valley. Deer seem to descend the spur beside the rubble gully to the right of the saddle - but I chickened out and faced a long climb back up. Ended up sidling a few km upvalley past numerous deep-gorged avalanche chutes before finding anywhere better to descend. From below it looks just as bad though strong deer trails head up too, so maybe it's goer.
Aardvark confirms I got it too, but I can't get a jpg link to picture-up. Possibly more viewers than participants ?.
So perhaps name it (for the benefit of others) then have a read of the post on page 3 for brief instructions on a way of adding a pic to the post.
Talked with Aardvark & tried pic posting on one of my threads. Didn't work out.
Albert Burn Saddle, not far from Whare Kea Chalet & under Dragonfly Peak. Within cooee of Minaret Burn.
Thusly ... easy peasy. Might have to click on it to get the full pic ?. Photo of the next day will totally give it away.

More specifically, the picture was of Minaret Saddle from just below Sth Albertburn Saddle, Dragonfly Pk and the lodge.
