Add Hut gives 'Error 404'

Tried to add Crombie Biv in the Wairaurahiri to the site but keep getting a blank screen with 'Error 404' after I fill in the form and click on the Publish button.

My deepest apologies for this. It stemmed from a difference between the prod and dev environments.
I hope you didn't lose too much typing.
Should be resolved now.
