I've lived and walked in Canterbury for quite a few years, know most of the good walks but am still willing to be lead on new adventures. I am also a real enthusiast for revisiting old haunts (Bealey Spur hut, Jolliebrooke, Edwards valley spring to mind). I like nothing better than talking bullshit around a campfire, searching the stars for allusive things and generally hunting for Nirvana - or the Christian equivalent these days. Willing to organise weekend or day-trips to interesting places.
