Woonoongoora walkers' camp. If you enjoy the company of many leeches then this is the campsite for you.

Walkers' camp features: Commanding views to the west featuring the cliffs of the Lamington Plateau.

Location: on the eastern slopes of the Numinbah Valley, about 5km from Numinbah.

Access: The walkers’ camp can be reached on foot (only).

Number of sites: 10 numbered sites including 2 sites that accommodate four walkers each. Total limit of people per night at the walkers’ camp is 24.

Campsites are suitable for: walk-in camping.

Campsite surface: Grass surface.

Facilities: Hybrid toilet system.

Open fires: Prohibited but fuel or gas stoves recommended.

Generators: Not permitted.
