Tryfyn(Three-headed One)has two large columnar boulders (Adam & Eve)at the summit around 3m high and 2.5m apart. The Freedom of Tryfyn is gained by jumping from one to the other. Easy in theory but less easy with a 100m drop lurking just by your right shoulder.
