Mackenzie Hut
Fiordland National Park, Te Wāhipounamu - South West New Zealand World Heritage Area
This is a Great Walks hut that has to be booked in advance as does camping nearby. You can only stay 2 nights. The main building (pictured) sleeps 24 in bunks and a sleeping platform upstairs and contains the kitchen (gas stoves) and living areas. A separate bunkhouse sleeps 24 in 6 4-person sleeping platforms.
