access is via a marked track that climbs steeply up from Regina Creek to beneath Conical Hill, from here travel is along the ridge involving negotiation of some gendarmes before an easy sidle following poles (shown in photo) at about 1400-1500m to the ridge that descends into Horace Walker Hut.
