View up Styx valley from Mt Brown hut June 2012
This photo looks up the Styx valley and was taken from outside Mt Brown hut. If you look closely you can see snow poles in the foreground marking the route down to the main valley Styx track.

glennj Additional snow poles were added to the hut routes earlier this year by Mt Brown Hut Community Project members. The snow poles were donated.
Permolat members are involved in maintaining the tracks to Mt Brown hut.
