Renfrew rd carpark to Rangiwahia hut 2 to 3 hours. Well walked track benched mostly with one detour round a large slip.
Rangiwahia hut to Triangle hut via Whanahuia range 4hours. Open tops travel well walked poled route very exposed. 800metre descent into triangle
Triangle hut to Irongate hut 3 hours. river travel for first hour and a half no wet weather track.
Irongate hut to Alice Nash Memorial lodge 4 to 5 hours river or wet weather track
