Off Lake Ohau Road, road end. note: there is a 50k zone as you approach the near end road, please slow down and respect the speed limit, you never know when you will need the farmers help! track passed monument hut is pretty good, well marked in most places but in others places abit hazy. some of the markers have fallen off and haphazardly banged back onto trees by other trampers. at some point you will need to either cross the river if it allows or use the swing bridge. |
