4 bunk hut in the Pureora Forst Park. An easy 30 minute stroll from the road end and worth a visit. Erected in the 1960's as a search and rescue hut built from pit sawn timber it has a great degree of interest. Reclad on the outside with iron its surprisingly warm if a little smokey thanks to the fire box being past repair.
