A cozy hut at the foot of the Kaweka Range. Only 2 hrs from Lawrence roadend, and less from The Lakes. A sheltered, warm spot in contrast to the range above. The hut backs onto the beech forest which covers the lower slopes, and looks out across the marsh-and-manuka flats to the east.
