alpine flower identification
Hello all. I am a foreigner who was tramping in the Ruahines earlier this year. Can someone identify these alpine flowers, please. I know the alpine flowers in my home country but not the ones in NZ. Thanks, Liz

mantis The white flowers are Eyebright (probably Euphrasia Cuneata). They are semi parasitic (i.e. they get some of their nutrients from other plants roots). The yellow plant looks like a yellow rock daisy (Senecio Lagopus)
